From Frying Data to a New UCO Supply Network

We are building FryData™ — a data-driven frying operation platform.

FryData captures and manages three critical elements of frying operations:

Temperature · Cooking Time · Oil Condition (TPM)

But we believe the opportunity goes beyond frying operations.

Our business model is to work with franchise headquarters, providing FryData to headquarters and stores at a low initial cost.

In return, we aim to establish a bulk used cooking oil (UCO) collection program across the participating franchise network.

This creates a connected model:

Franchise Network

UCO Collection

Traceability

If we can connect data such as where the oil was generated, when it was collected, and how it moved through the supply chain, UCO could become more than a commodity.

It could become traceable feedstock.

And this leads us to an important question for the UCO industry:

Can traceable, data-backed UCO create greater economic value than conventional UCO?

That value could potentially come through:

• Premium pricing
• Long-term supply contracts
• Certification and traceability
• ESG value
• Renewable fuel markets

We don't have the answer yet.

We want to find out with the people who know this industry best.

This is the business model we are building:

Frying Data → Restaurant Network → UCO → Traceability → Sustainable Resources

We believe the next opportunity may not simply be collecting more UCO.

It may be about connecting the source of the UCO with the data behind it.
